We can help even patients who had Alzheimer’s pathology for twenty years, says neurologist Tolar

The newly established International Neurodegenerative Disorders Research Center (INDRC), which Tolar founded, also has the ambitious goal of understanding these questions. It is a globally unique platform connecting artificial intelligence and neurosciences. This global institute has Czech roots and is headquartered in Prague. “The institute got off to a great start, and we will have a major conference on this topic in Prague in the fall, the first of its kind, with top experts from America and Europe. If we really want to understand how the brain works, artificial intelligence combined with biological understanding is the best course of action. We are already beginning to understand the biological part quite well, and we can achieve modeling the complexity of the brain on neural networks within three years.”
